Wellbeing & longevity

Your personal health agent.

The agent is the Coach. Tell it what you are aiming at: it reads your own record first, researches the question against current sources, cites what it used, and then proposes the change to your protocol, your meals and your training. You decide whether it happens.

What you get

Real screens from the app, running on demonstration data.

Apex Coach with its unread weekly check-in pinned above the conversation — sleep averaged 7.2 hours against the plan's 8 — then asked how to improve recovery without losing training momentum, answering with three specific changes drawn from the member's own 7.6 hours of sleep and 68 ms HRV, and a cited source under the reply.

Coach

The agent itself. Ask in your own words — the answer is built out of your own record, and carries the sources it used.

A live workout fourteen minutes in: Day 1 Upper in pounds, 2 of 11 sets done, heart rate 142 bpm, a finished warm-up at 105 bpm average, and bench press with 180 lb suggested, its first set logged at 175 lb for 8 reps at 135 bpm average, with a Stop set button at the bottom for set 3 of 3, 37 seconds in.

Live workout

A session in progress with your heart rate live from your strap or Watch, each set's heart rate beside it, the next weight suggested from your recent sets, and one Start/Stop control that walks you through every set.

The Today screen: the Coach inbox at the left with a red count of one unread item, the day centred between its arrows and account at the right on the same row, a 12-day streak beside Daily Insights, Rebound 71, Load 62 and Sleep 82 on a fourteen-day signal, the day's protocol session marked done with both check-offs ticked, and the day's food against its calorie and macro targets.

Today

Your scores, the day's session from your protocol ticked off, and what you have eaten against your targets — with what Coach noticed waiting in the inbox at the top.

The Plan screen: a Plan, Meals and Training switcher above the current block — 2,400 kcal, 175 g of protein and 8 hours of sleep — with four strength sessions a week beneath it.

Plan

Your approved targets, meals and training in one place — the block you are on, and the sessions it asks of you this week.

A coach that has read your record

Apex Coach reads your recent training, meals, sleep and lab markers before it answers, so the advice is about you rather than about people in general. It researches live and shows its sources.

It proposes, you approve

When Coach wants to change your protocol, your meals or your training, it says so and Apex puts the control that applies it in front of you. Nothing is rewritten behind you.

One question at a time, not a form

Setup is a conversation. Connect Apple Health and it opens already knowing how you sleep and how often you train, so it asks about what it cannot see — and your protocol is built out of that conversation.

It comes back to you

Upload a lab report and Coach reads it and opens the conversation about it, inside the quiet hours you set. Once a week, when there is enough to review, it walks through what worked and what stalled.

Everything feeds the Coach

Connect Apple Health to bring in the body, heart, sleep, steps and exercise summaries you choose to share. Apex labels that source clearly and uses it for original, non-clinical Rebound, Training Load and Sleep insights. With a paired Apple Watch, a live session carries heart rate set by set. Apex also writes back what you log in it — a completed Apex workout, and a saved food entry with its exact calories and macronutrients. Both are on by default and either can be switched off in Account, Apple Health. Apex never writes scores, predictions or AI-generated data back to Apple Health.

Log by typing, by reusing a saved meal or workout, by photographing a plate, or by talking — each becomes a draft you check before anything is saved. Upload lab reports and scans when you choose and correct what was extracted. Keep a journal in your own words, and choose whether Coach may read it. What you share is what the Coach reads before it answers.
